I was feeling kinda tired a just a lil lazy but I got up any way since ayah say he would come along with me. We went jogging for like 20 minutes and then called Nur up to join us for badminton. It's been so long since we last play and my right arm is just a litte sore but it's all fine.
Feels good to sweat a little and I hope I'm able to keep myself fit as long as I can. If I keep on motivating myself I'm sure I can do it.
The family and I will be going to Hajah Maimunah for lunch and it's been quite a while since I last go there. But rice has been a no for me for so long and I'm still gonna keep it that way. I;m skipping rice later...just eating the dishes. I'm sure I can survive with just meat...I'm taking carbohydrates in the form of vegetables. That way I don't have to burn as much calories as when I eat rice.
Speaking of, I think I ought to buy this month's Shape magazine. I'm switching to Shape from CLEO...which is difficult coz I've been reading CLEO religiously for 2 years due to my subscription. I've stopped because mum told me to. She say it's a waste of money. Oh well, just have to live with it!
