Saturday, 26 May 2007, was kind of like the last day i had my braces on. It wasn't planned. I went into the dentist room and went under the light and then suddenly Dr Wong said "Take it off, we have to take it off". I didn;t have the time to interpret or feel or try to come to terms of what was happening. All i know was that I had my mouth wide open and he was plucking the brackets one by one. So right now, i'm braces free. He mentioned that my gums looked pretty bad and that it will bleed but will take time to recover. I have to get bridges done to cover the "hole" on the left side. You see, it was unsuccessful on the left side. The right side has come down pretty well. All I need now, according to my understanding, is a retainer. I'm still not understanding how this is all going to go so I'm planning to ask him next week when my appointment comes.
At this moment, I'm having a sore throat, sitting alone in the house trying my best to catch up with my reading of HRM. The first lecture was last evening and I'd say that it was pretty good given the fact that the lecturer was humourous. He is a HR practioner and he knows his stuff. We were all lucky that this time around, the lecturer wasn't some Korean who we don't understand. Apparetly 30a had the same concern as us. I was falling asleep...well more like felt totally sleepy at 9PM but thankfully he kep the class alive, causing us to laugh a lot! But we do learn stuff and that was a good thing coz last semester if you asked me what I have learned in my Managing Change class, i'll say "Not too sure..."
I finally got around to watch At World's End on Monday night with Effa although she said she fel asleep at some parts. It was kinda long at 3 hours but it was satisfying. I absolutely love the last one hour. Lots of action but I didn't understand some parts. Captain Turner was simply gorgeous i might add.

At this moment anxiety, anxiousness, nervousness, "kelam-kabut-ness" and a whole lot of other feelings that could be related to what i have just mentioned is inside of me. First of all, the dentist removed my braces saying something like he needs to make a mould for my teeth. Secondly, mum and dad have made me realise that I have not really asked how much extra cost will be involved for the brifge for my teeth. They had to bring it up on a Saturday and Monday is two days away!!! I won't be able to make any contact at all with the dentist in regards to the cost.
The next thing that is getting me all shifty is my assignment. I haven't start yet and making up an essay to total 800 words is just so stressful!!!
Classes will start on Wednesday. Serves me right for holding on to it too long, induling myself with all the leisure under the sun and throw away my books under the bed...this is only saying "imaginatively". Of course i didn't keep my books under the bed. Well now it's place on the table outside for me to open and start reading and i promise i'm going to do that tomorrow. I HAVE TO!!!
This has become quite an emergency!

It's finally Friday...but I still have to be on duty tomorrow but nevertheless, Friday is still the most look forward day of every week, at least for me. Lookng at the fact that there's a weekend to look forward to and the fact that Friday is the ast day of a work day is a good reason enough to keep on smiling on a Friday.
My colleague took leave for today and as usual i have to handle a bunch of her RMs. Only one of them trouble me every sngle time her RO when on leave. She gave me so much things to do, i didn't see they sky until it was time to go home. I was in the office from 830 right up til 615. Boss ordered KFC for lunch so there was no need to get out to buy lunch and since there was only two RO (my colleague and me), there was no way i can go out to do my prayers. If i go out then my colleague will suffer and if she goes out, i'll suffer. So we both stay put in the office.
So at the end of the day i think about 545PM, i start to clear my emails and reading those personal ones which was sent yesterday. Gabe emailed me and ask me how my day was coz we didn't share any communication at all today except for professional reasons. He said he'll be watching POTC tomorrow and Yanping is watching tonight...which leaves me. Effa is not really keen on it. Gabe did ask me if i wanna catch it with him eventhough his friend had already book tickets but that would just be too awkward.
So i guess my weekend will be most likely be spent on doing my assignment. I just found out that it has to be between 800-1000 words which is totally ridiculous coz it's only 10%! I mean can't he just capped it at let's say 500-600 words like all previous assignments. This is totally crap. I have started reading the textbook which by the way looks like the Yellow Pages but nothing is going into my head. I will be reading it for 10 minutes and then i closed it and open my Harry Potter and the OOTP to read instead.
It's totally dull...HRM..uurgghhh! Why am i studying so many management subjects when i'm supposed to take a Degree in Finance??? Management is so boring and our last two subjects are all management related that it would really bore me to death this semester. And then there's the Management Research Project which have to be written in essay format with a total of about 8000 words for both part 1 and 2.
PLEASE WISH ME LUCK!!!!!

Reminded by Ben and inspired by Jose Mourinho...yes Jose Mourinho, i therefore agree that the better team lost. I couldn't say this any less but i hated Inzaghi's foul play of shirt-pulling. Gattso should be equally ashamed.
I am freaking disappointed, heartbroken and sad. I was at first ok with it but after i woke up from my sleep, CRACK!!! I can't just broke into tears...i will echo Gerrard's words: "You've got to take it on the chin, move on and try to pick yourself up but at the moment it's heartbreaking"

Ms Yanping helped me get the Ralph Lauren Hot perfume. I had waited to get this for almost close to a year. It came out last summer due to its theme. Chocolatey, summer-ish...flirty, sexy, fun...that was the caption.I seriously thought that i'm lickable after i sprayed some on my wrists. I had the Pure Turquoise first back in secondary school and then the Cool came out and i got that too and now i have Hot! Whoopey!!! But looking at the website now, they actually have ralph Lauren Rocks and i don't remember seeing it in retail here.
Well i'm feeling a little jittery at the moment because of the Champions League finals. I wasn't into it 2 years ago when Liverpool won but i'm planning to watch the full game later at 2AM and i'm feeling kinda nervous. I really hope that they will win it and that will be a blow for AC Milan, second time around!

Day Number 108...The Dream

I had a horrible dream about five nights ago. I dreamt that i missed the Champions League! It was kinda chaotic. I remembered panicking and then i turned on the TV and it was 2-2 but there was something abt it coz the commentator was saying something like "That's it for tonight...we will continue this in the second leg to see who'll win the Champions League". I was like "HUH????"
Because Champions Legue final doesn't have 2 legs....it's only a one night one match kinda thing. If it's a draw, the match will go to extra time and then if it is still a draw it will go on to penalties. It was shocking but it's only a dream.
Right now is the FA Cup final between Chelsea and Manchester United and is so far at 0-0 on half time. I've not been receiving any news from Ben...dunno how he is doing and how he is reacting to all these. We'll have to see at the end of 90 minutes i guess. If Man U lost then i will definitely give him a call to say something and if they win, i think i'll probably get a message from him...
Well i gotta stop now. I wanna get writing to Rachel, my penpal from England. I better write by tonight coz i'm planning to start preparing for my next seminar come 30 May.

I'm finally at home...resting...away from all the stress at work.
BUT it's just no rest. I have so many things waiting to be done. First and foremost i have to call HP to aak them what could probably be wrong with my notebook. It was a disaster! I'm sorry to say that i didn't understand his Indian accent. I felt like putting down the phone half way because he's not helping at all! I really had to stryggle to understand what the hell he was saying. In the end all he told me to do was to download the software from the website which i did and the problem still persists. I tried telling him that but he didn't understand. I think i'm as frustrated with him as he is with me because i keep talking to him like he was a little kid. BUT I REALLY DIDN'T UNDERSTAND HIM 95% OF THE TIME!!!!!
So anyway i went out with mum and nyai just now to window shop around. I feel guilty forgetting my BYOB spirit when i left with 5 plastic bags as i leave Tampines Mall. Nope let me correct that...4 plastic bag not 5. I recycled my The Body Shop plastic bag. I returned them two empty bottles and re-used the bag for my two new bottles of make-up remover and toner. See..i am environmentaly friendly. I have been giving back all my empty The Body Shop bottles back to them. So i actually wanted to tell my mum to bring along a bag because i want to drop by NTUC to buy breakfast cereal and milk but in the end i didn't because i forgotten to tell her to bring one of our bags that we have.
So i brought home a few stuff and i'm proud to say that all my purchases were planned beforehand...i didn't impulsively went on a shopping madness. I bought Order of The Phoenix to read before the movie show in July. I bought a foot scrub from Watson because my previous one has expired and that's basically well. I realise that i am able to spend according to my limits but it is sad to say that i am not able to afford any luxuries this month.
Meeting Yanping tomorrow and i'm not planning to spend on anything except food.

Well, igonore the title please. I have a pack of Vitagen with me so i decided to write that as a title..nothing to do with the entry at all.
So at this moment,mum and Effa are hopefully on their way back to Singapore. They went for a Mother's Day high-tea in Malacca. I woke up pretty early in the morning to give my mum the gift that we had bough for her and went right back to sleep. I slept pretty late last night coz i was watching Calendar Girls.

So i'm really frustrated with my laptop. There's apparently something wrong with the sound device. It's like totally moody. Sometimes i'm able to play music on my Windows Media Player and sometimes i'm not able to. All other sounds can be heard it's just i can't play song on WMP. And sometimes i can't play music online too which is frustrating. I thought after getting someupdates done from the website, it will solve the problem but it didn't.
I'm not an expert in all these stuff so if anyone has an idea on what i am able to do, please tell me. This problem starts after i installed a printer into my lapto maybe this will give you an idea on what might went wrong.

WOW! It's been 101 days already??? I went to one of my Saturdays dental appointment today and it was usual full of pain. Doctor Wong has shifted the wire down and this leads to a 'painless' ulcer. For two weeks, i suffered from the deep gash that had ppeared on the inside of my upper lip. I couldn't talk, smile, laugh or eat properly. But today Dr Wong hv shifted the wire down and it's not rubbing against my upper lips anymore. I can now smile properly!!!!
Well here i'm posting a picture of the LV scarf that Atiqa had given to me when we meet to watch Spider-Man 3. She told me that the scarf is going to be horrendous and i told her not to worry about it and just bring it fr me to see. I looked at it and i laugh but i do like it. Reminds me of the World Cup!
So i discovered more new pics from OOTP! And i've decided to take half day comes the opening so that i can catch it in the evening instead of at night.And i also have heard that Emma Watson might not return for movie 6 and 7 whic is going to be REALLY SAD because a change of person will just destroy everything. Emma wants to go to college coz she did well in her 'O' levels. She calculated that she will only get to go to college at 20 when she finished 6 and 7 and she will be way behind her peers. Emma please stay!!!

I have been the lone Liverpool supporter for so long and looks like for the upcoming Champions League finals will be nothing else but the same. Dad and sis will be supporting AC Milan...
Well lets get into better and more cheerful stuff. I was trying to find for the entry that i had done about summer movies but i can't seem to find when i did it. Anyway my next summer movie to catch will have to be Pirates of The Carribbean and i still have not watched number two. At World's end was fantastic! The trailer was really good but i can hardly wait for OOTP!!!

Before i have an early night, i thought i should just make one short entry. I watched Spider-Man 3 with Atiqa just now and i love it! 2 hours and 20 minutes worth of good movie! I watched it at The Cathay and the place..at least the theatre is better. Seats are musch more comfortable.
Anyway it was a sad ending...don't want to reveal anything in case no one has watch yet. I'm not a sucker for spoilers. I kinda dispise people who do those kind of things. Reveal everything on their blog after they watch a movie. I do not like those kind of people. If u are reading this and u r a sucker for spoilers...don't take it too personally. I'm not pointing fingers at anyone.
As for now i think i'll go lie down and try to get some rest. I'm feeling sick at the moment.

I have finally managed to upload my 7++ minutes worth of pictures which was turned into a video for my classmates viewing pleasure. It was agonising, torturous and exceptinally difficult! NAH! Just kidding! It was fun to make and it was satisfying but i have to stress that it would have been so so much better if everyone had contributed at least once recent picture of themself. Alright everyone..come on now...dance the jiggy with me. SHake your butts to all the Chelsea fans out there and just enjoy the moment. 4 hours ago, i did just that to Effa and staying up from 3-530 was so worth it! Liverpool won on penalties and it was exhilirating!
Courtesy of Daniel Agger's goal at the 22nd minute had Chelsea and Liverpool draw at 1-1 on aggregate. Pepe Reina emerged as the hero when he saved three Chelsea penalty kicks. Zenden, Alonso, Gerrard and Kuyt scored all four penalties while Chelsea was only awarded with Lampard's lone goal.
I'm so happy i don't care who we face in the final but if it's AC Milan, then it will be deja vu from 2005 all over again! Can hardly wait!
