W:"Fadhilah, you got Facebook?"
Me:"Yes. You?"
W:"Ya, add me. Then we can play Vampire!"
H:"I got Facebook too! Add me."
S:"Me also leh. Add me."
W:"Ok i add all of you, then i invite to Vampire. You all accept ok? So i can get more points!"
This is the conversation between me and my colleague who are in their late 20s and one in her 30s. You would thought it would be a group of teenagers, crazy about Facebook.
Effa got me into it and i admit that it is pretty addictive. But of course, my discipline thought me to curb it and keep it short. I could not understand the craze though. You would think that this kind of things only appeals to a certain generation but no it doesn't. REALLY!
I have a 40++ colleague who is now learning to use Facebook so she can someday have her own account and not use her husband's.
Anyway, I will be working tomorrow and on Sunday at 10AM I will be meeting Kev and Sean to discuss MA.
I gave a call to Ben too. Telling him that I was thinking about him and decided to give him a call. I said we should meet up after CNY together with Yanping. Terence can't join us this time around because I am sure he will be in Reading.
