Sometimes, it’s difficult telling or showing someone how you feel. It is difficult for you to express your problems publicly. You wanted to let it out but you would think that there are more important things that expressing your concern, fear and feeling to EVERYONE. You’re embarrassed that people will laugh or make snide comments.
So you write a story, disguising every little detail so that people would never think that it has anything to do with your life. You sought solace by reading it and thought that ‘There, I’ve done it. I’ve expressed how I feel.”
LOVE.
Love can be a many splendid thing, can’t deny the joy it brings, a dozen roses, diamond rings, dreams for sale and fairytales. It’ll make you hear a symphony and you just want the world to see. But like a drug that makes you blind. It’ll fool you every time. The trouble with love is, it can tear you up inside. Make your heart believe a lie, it’s stronger than your pride. The trouble with love is it doesn’t care how fast you fall. And you can’t refuse the call, see you’ve got no say at all. --- a couple of verses from ‘The Trouble with Love Is’ by Kelly Clarkson.
You got talent; but no one knows you did. You’re afraid that people will laugh and rolled their eyes, not believing that you’re actually capable of that. But I guess you gotta keep on moving. Believe in yourself, reach out inside, it will set you free.
