I haven't really eaten much nowadays...well at least for dinner. I'll feel hungry at say about 5pm but when i reach home, i'll my appetite. I'l feel 'lazy' to eat and i just don't feel like eating a lot if i do have the appetite...
Well anyway, experienced a couple of bad services yesterday and it just pisses me off!First with Best Denki at Ngee Ann City. The staff greeted you like they're half dead! Seriously! I asked the cashier where i should collect my prize and she was like "prize over there...customer service." she pointed straight ahead and before i could say 'thanks' she had her back turns towards me! Then i made my way to the 'supposedly' customer service counter and spotted quite an old lady and say about in her mid 40s or nearing 50...she had thick make-up on and she was on the computer. There was no proper greeting, i reached the counter and I WAS THE ONE who had to say "excuse me, i need help". Then she reluctantly tore her eyes away from the screen and said "yes?"
If i could just scream and bite her head off right there...I WILL!
"Collect prize? Sha! customer wants to collect prize! just wait a minute." And then she went back to her precious computer, ignore phone calls and doesn't bother to check if someone is coming to attend to me.
In all, i was seated there for 20 minutes just to collect my lucky draw prize!It's just insane!
Then went to Auntie Anne's and the cashier have this "i'm bloody tired" look. She did make an effort and asked me politely what i wanted...i made my order and then gave my order. I requested a carrier as i just can't hold the pretzel like that with my big prize on one hand and my wallet in the other...she gave me a "this customer so leceh" look...put it inside a carrier and didn't bother handing it to me...she didn't even help me put my caramel inside the bag!S i had to put my bulky prize down, put my wallet on the counter and get settled!
When you're in the service industry, it just irks you that people are not providing you with the best service that they should have which is why at work...i'm trying and doing the best i can so that customers will walk away happy.
