Yesterday was a horrible day. Well actually...no...Friday was a horrible day. I had sore throat on Thursday and it didn't get better on Friday but i fast anyway so i didn't get to drink and it was just horrible! I was coughing and it's affecting my asthma...
So i felt a fever coming in and i was dreading it. I slept at about 8 and then woke up at 1030 to watch TV and do my prayers. I didn't take my temperature knowing that no thermometer was with 5 feet radius around me and that i know i'm hot just my touching my forehead. So while watching The Gauntlet (it was sad that Derrick lost!) i have a towel and a small basin of cold water so that i can keep my temeperature down. Just wipe my hands and body with the cold tower because basically that's the only think i can afford to do...i'm allergic to ALL fever medicines.
Woke up the next day totally weak so my mum advice me to go to the doctor. So Effa accompany me to Raffles Medical Group at S-11 there coz it's the company doctor (feels good knowing that u no need to pay the bills).
Then in the evening my uncles, aunts and cousins came down so that we can break fast together...and also to celebrate dearest
nyai's 67th birthday. So many things to eat but my throat and taste buds just couldn't do it. But the atmosphere was nice as everyone gather around to talk and share stories.
Today....well today was tiring. Went to Johor with mum to get stuff from Avon and then went back and sleep for two hours. my body is still recovering and i want to rest as much as i could before going back to work tomorrow! Oh work....what a dread!
But hey...it's October so i have Adam Brody...cute nerdy Adam Brody on the calendar...better than nothing i guess..
Anyway, saw my penpal, Rachels' photo when she was in Prague and is simply BEYOOTIFUL! The castles and all the houses are just gorgeous...i have to go to Europe one day...i just have to! It's totally majestic!
